Team… First and foremost Leadership would like to personally thank you For your continued sacrifice Whether voluntary or otherwise We know the past few months’ve been tough Morale is low and staffing’s rough The schedule’s held together by One caffeinated battle cry We hear your concerns loud and clear We read them all then disappear We’d love to help and make things right But budgets matter more than life So if your phone rings on your day off That means the schedule’s come apart We’re reaching out to valued staff Because the others all got smart We’re a team That’s why nobody leaves on time We’re a family That’s why your PTO's denied And though your mental health’s collapsed There’s cold cheese pizza in the back No drinks allowed, the budget’s tight Also we need someone tonight ....Team Reminder from administration: Staffing still remains unstable If you feel exhausted or burned out Please be sure you’re still available Due to ongoing shortages We’re canceling your consciousness If you could stay another twelve That’d really help us help ourselves We value every single one of you Especially the ones who still come through We know tonight’s a staffing wreck So please don’t dodge the group chat text We’re a team So no one’s actually off today We’re a family Which means guilt works both ways And though your spirit’s clinically dead Administration thanked you all instead Your sacrifice helps us succeed So please pick up if you can this week ....Team We know morale is growing weak So please attend Resilience Week If symptoms of burnout remain Please try deep breathing through the pain Overtime is not a curse Staffing simply could be worse And if your mental state has slipped There’s wellness pamphlets by the chips We’re a team That’s why your phone rings every night We’re a family Until constant lifting breaks your spine We’re a team So please remain beside your phone We’re a family Which means your free time’s not your own And though we know you’re falling fast Administration says morale will last We truly value all you do Which is why we ask so much of you
