Driver's door rattles every mile Check engine light's been on awhile A/C quit when the summer hit Now the cab feels like a punishment Siren cuts out, then comes back on Steering's drifting all day long Wrote it up at the end of shift Same old answer, same old script Sign my name, hit submit Watch it disappear again Another ticket in the system Another promise in the wind Another problem report Filed away and ignored Every warning light is screaming But nobody hears it anymore Another problem report Just like the hundred before We keep rolling through the chaos With one foot through the floor Passenger door won't latch up tight Fuel gauge lies every other night Cabinet locks don't wanna stay So supplies go flying underway Brake pedal feels a little strange Everybody says, It's always been Funny how we're still surprised When the tow truck comes again Take a picture, write it down Send it to the lost-and-found Every issue gets a number Then gets buried underground Another problem report Filed away and ignored Every warning light is screaming But nobody hears it anymore Another problem report Just like the hundred before We keep rolling through the chaos With one foot through the floor How many times can we say This isn't getting better? How many forms disappear Into the void forever?
